Misleading product images can create returns, complaints and legal risk under consumer protection rules, and we will not produce them.
Your source photos, brand assets and unreleased products are kept confidential and used only for your project. We do not use client images to train AI models. No. Clear, well-lit photos from a modern phone are usually enough. The product should be in focus, fully visible and photographed from the angles you want to show. We can send a short checklist to help.
Will the colors match my real product?
Color accuracy is a priority. We correct against your reference photos, and if you can send a physical swatch photo or brand color codes, even better. Keep in mind that screens vary, so small differences between devices are normal.
Are the images suitable for marketplaces?
We prepare main images to the specifications you provide, such as pure white background, product fill and minimum size. Rules differ by platform and change over time, so please confirm the current requirements for your marketplace.
Can you create images for products I have not photographed?
We need at least one real photo of the actual product. We do not generate products from descriptions alone, because that risks showing customers something that does not exist.
Do I own the final images?
